Please note you are paying a consultation fee for the doctor's time, so all fees are non-refundable.
For this reason, please read the terms and conditions that follow before you book your appointment.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Consent
You need to be able to consent to the treatment.
Children are welcome and must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. If the child does not want to proceed with the treatment, the doctor will not proceed.
Treatment cannot be offered to children under six years old. This is because children under this age do not usually tolerate the procedure. There is no exception. If you attempt to book a child under this age, your appointment will be cancelled, and fee refunded.
Non-refundable
All consultation fees are non-refundable. For this reason:

Please be sure what type of lesion you have. You will still be charged if your lesion is not treatable. If the doctor is concerned your lesion is more serious, treatment will not be offered and you will be advised to attend your GP.

If you have a lesion in a private area and not sure if this can be treated, please contact us first before arranging an appointment.

You are expected to have read and understand the treatment information and side effects before you book your appointment. Click here to recap. This information will be emailed to you after you book, for you to review again. The doctor will go over this with you at your appointment before you sign a consent form.
Cancellation
If you have booked an appointment and have changed your mind, you need to cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment. Your fee will be refunded. Please contact us at info@thecryodoctor.co.uk to cancel.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, your fee is non-refundable.
Payment
Fees are payable at the time of booking your appointment online. We accept all major debit / credit cards. Cash is not accepted.
If you are not able to book online, please contact us at info@thecryodoctor.co.uk and some arrangement will be made for you.
Any underpayment of fee for the consultation will be payable, by card, at your appointment.
Adults and Children Safeguarding
As with all medical professionals, the doctor has a safeguarding role for vulnerable adults and children, so please be aware that he will fulfil his obligations if necessary.
